On 14th April 2017 PM Narendra Modi will launch Housing for All Scheme for entire state of Maharashtra. Ambitious Housing scheme will be launched on the occasion of birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar (14th April 2017).
Details of Housing for All Scheme
Here we have explained all details related to housing scheme, below:
- No. of Projects: 21 Housing Projects
- No. of Houses: 42,000 Houses
- Cost of Projects: Rs. 3,100 crore
- 500 houses will be constructed at Wanjara & Chikhli Devathan
- Besides, a total of 2,077 houses will be constructed in Waddhamana in Nagpur district,
- 534 flats in Pimpalgaon
- 324 flats in Datala (Chandrapur)
- 1,218 flats in Akoli
- 255 flats in Seoni
- 304 flats in Buldhana
Central government will also contribute by providing subsidy to buyers for purchasing housing units. PM Narendra Modi will departure from New Delhi on 14th April 2017 & at 11:45 am he will pay tribute to Bharat Ratna (Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar).
CM of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis is also working to provide flats to all people of the state.
Government will provide land for housing project at Rs. 01 per sq. meter to concerned agencies.
Discount of 50% will be also given for joint measurement of land.
Cost of Stamp Duty will be Rs. 1,000 for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) candidate.
Around 400 acres land has been allotted for housing project of MHADA. This housing projects is expected to be completed within 24 to 36 months.
