Maharashtra MHADA Lottery 2017 – 280 Houses for HIG Category Candidates

MHADA Maharashtra Lottery 2017 has got delayed due to various reasons & registrations for MHADA Lottery 2017 could not be invited timely. As per sources BKC (Bandra-Kurla Sankul) located at Bharat Nagar Transit Camp will be rehabilitated soon which is just one step away from being implemented. A proposal has been forwarded to MMRDA for approval.

There will be around 280 HIG category houses for High Income Group candidates, while there are only 17 housing units for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) candidates. All HIG category houses will be located at Bharat Nagar (Sankraman Shibir). Cost of HIG houses will be Rs. 80 lakkh & area of houses will be 1,000 Sq. feet.

As per sources, we have mentioned details of houses under MHADA Lottery 2017:
a total of 744 houses are offered for sale. Which have been categorized in the following categories:

  • 322 – LIG
  • 226 – MIG
  • 168 – HIG
  • 17 – EWS

Eligibility Criteria/Type of Houses

All applicants will be divided into following categories on basis of their monthly income limit. Here we have mentioned eligibility criteria for MHADA Lottery 2017, check in the below table:
