Govt. Sanctioned 13 Acre land to Build houses in Chhattisgarh – PMAY

Government has sanctioned about 13 acre lands for constructing 1,700 houses at Laxmipur in Chhattisgarh under PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana). Authority is inviting applications for the execution of this housing project. About 5,000 houses will be constructed in first phase.

People having land from 15 to 100 sq. feet will also be benefited. In Laxmipur & Shubash Nagar, about 3,000 housing units will be built.

Authority will keep people on priority whose annual income is Rs. 3 lakh, people who don’t have their own house anywhere in the country or who had not availed benefits of any housing scheme.

Other Benefits to PMAY Beneficiaries

Those applicants who meet all requirement of PMAY, will be provided housing units along with following benefits, mentioned below:

Grant of Rs. 2.5 lakh: State & Central Government will provide a donation of Rs. 2.5 lakh under More Zameen more Makan Yojana, out of which State Govt. will provide Rs.1 lakh & Rs. 1.5 lakh from Central Government into installments. Amount of donation will be used for construction of house.

2,000 Houses under More Zameen more Makan Yojana: About 2,000 houses (In 30 or 380 sq. feet build up area) are to be built under More Zameen more Makan component of PMAY. For the completion of this housing project, candidates will be eligible to avail benefits of subsidy.
