DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) has come up with a new Housing Scheme. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is going to launch this housing scheme, which offers 550 flats. Flats will be available in two different types. Flats will be allotted in just 2 years & DMRC has a target to provide houses by the year 2019.

- No. of Flats: 550 Flats
- Type of Flats: 2 BHK & 3 BHK
- Cost of Flats: Rs. 60 lakh for 2 BHK & Rs. 1.2 Crore for 3 BHK.
- Launch Date of Housing Scheme: May 2017
- Location of Flats: Near Janakpuri & Okhla Metro station
- Allotment of Flats: Draw of lots
90 flats will be available in Okhla & 460 flats will be available in Janakpuri. 15% flats are reserved for EWS Category.
People will be eligible to apply as this scheme opens. Brochures may be published along with application forms for booking flats. Booking amount will be refunded in case applicant doesn’t appear in final list of draw. All applicants are suggested to be appear in draw.
DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) will follow model of DDA (Delhi Development Authority) for selling apartments. Floor Area Ratio (FAR) has been decided under Transit Orientation Development Policy (TOD) plans to provide broader way for dense colonies.
