HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority) has come up with new HUDA Plot Scheme for oustees whose land was acquired earlier to develop sector – 8, 9 & 10 in Urban Estate, Ambala City. From today HUDA invites applications from such land owners under oustees policy of HUDA bearing No. UB-A-6-2015/2213 on 4 December 2015 & No.UB-A-5-2016/46608-09 on 11 August 2016.
Applicants are eligible to apply HUDA Oustees Policy by submitting all documents, which were mentioned in Oustees Policy alongwith earnest money. Applicants are suggested to submit said documents for those sectors for which their land was acquired.
Details of Plots under HUDA Plots Scheme
Plots offered by HUDA for allotment are located at different locations in Ambala city in different sizes. Authority has set different price reserved for different plots or per-determined earnest money will be charged.
To submit application form & documents visit to the Single Window of Estate Office, HUDA, Ambala.
Only one application can be made by a single applicant.
A 10% amount (earnest money) equivalent to the cost of plot will be charged from applicant of all categories. cost of plots will be decided as per rates for year 2017-18.
10% Earnest Money can be deposited by applicant by general purpose challan, which will be generated by HUDA official website.
Application will not be accepted by candidate, who has already been benefited through general/oustees category.
Authority has decided to allot plots under HUDA Acts, Regulation, Policy Framed, which are changeable time to time.
