2 Lakh Houses will be Launched in Ahmedabad Under Housing for All Mission

On 9th April 2017 Minister of National Mission of Housing for All, Urban Development & Housing M. Venkaiah Naidu is going to launch 2.03 lakh affordable houses at Ahmedabad in Gujarat.

Houses will be launched in a program organized by Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI).

Ahmedabad Housing Scheme is primary requirement for Ahmedabad residents. Also houses will be easily available to people of the city. Considering the requirement of houses, flats have been constructed in various sizes.

People related to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) & Low Income Group (LIG) will be provided houses.

Maximum size of houses will be of 643 Sq. feet which is equivalent to approximately 900 sq. feet build up area.
Opening ceremony will be held on 9th April 2017 (Sunday) by MD of Ahemdabad-based Savy Infrastructure Jaxay Shah.

Prices of houses under Housing for All Mission will be in range of Rs. 12 lakh to Rs. 35 lakh, which will be based on the location & cities.
