KDA will be launching Kanpur Plot scheme 2017 soon though Kanpur Development Authority had launched Kanpur Housing Scheme at many times to invite applications from general public for allotment of residential flats. Small sized plots will be offered under its upcoming schemes. KDA had offered a total of 90 EWS plots in size of 30 sq. meter under Ratanpur Vistar Yojana 2017 at Kanpur.
Flats offered under Kanpur Plot scheme 2017may be located at Ratanpur, Jajmau, New Kanpur City & Panki. Considering high demand of plots, KDA may be launching plot scheme. Around 5,500 plots will be offered for sale, which were left over various housing schemes.
Ratanpur Vistar Yojana 2017 at Kanpur
Authority had invited registration for Ratanpur Vistar Yojana at Kanpur to allot 90 EWS plots. Now Jajmau Plot Scheme may be launched to offer 90 EWS plots for sale. KDA will be launching Kanpur Plot Scheme in other locations such as New Kanpur City & Panki. KDA is preparing plan to launch above schemes soon.
According to Sources, 5,500 residential plots will be offered under KDA’s upcoming schemes & applications will be invited once registrations are open.
