Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched a new DDA Housing Scheme 2019 under PMAY at Vasant Kunj and Narela. DDA Housing Scheme 2019 launched on 25th March 2019, offers nearly 18,000 flats for HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS categories. As per officially information application date has been extended to 10th June 2019 and candidates can apply at officially website.

AS per DDA official the housing scheme was to earlier close by 10th May 2019. As many as 17,922 flats are on offer on High Income Group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker (EWS) categories.

The flats available in four categories are 488 flats for HIG, 1,555 flats for MIG, 8,383 flats for LIG and 7,496 for EWS category. The application fee for Economic Weaker Section (EWS) category is Rs.25,000, for Lower Income Group (LIG) category is Rs.1,00,000 and for Middle Income Group (MIG) & High Income Group (HIG) category is Rs.2,00,000.

The DDA Housing Scheme 2019 is for sale of nearly 18,000 newly built flats in Delhi Vasant Kunj and Narela residential areas. From application to verification and other formalities, all processes would be conducted online.

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • The applicant should have completed 18 years of age as on the date of submitting the application.
  • One person can submit one application only either in his/her own name or as joint applicant
  • The income of applicants applying for EWS flats should not exceed Rs.3 lakhs per annum. There is no income criterion for other categories except EWS. The applicant can apply according to his/her requirement and affordability
  • The applicant should give particulars of his saving account in any Bank and the particulars of the Account must be given in the Application Form
  • Applicant must have Permanent Account Number (PAN) allotted under the provisions of Income Tax Act and the same must be quoted in the Application Form

Poddar Housing Launches Rs.23 Lakh Homes in Badlapur under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)

Poddar Housing and Development Ltd will launched the 1st public-private partnership affordable housing project in Mumbai Metropolitan Region under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) on the occasion of Gudi Padwa at Badlapur on Saturday 20 April, 2019.

Managing Director of Poddar Housing said the Poddar Wonder City in Badlapur is one of the 1st PPP projects under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana housing scheme for affordable housing across India.

In the first phase of the Poddar Housing Project under PMAY scheme in Maharashtra (Badlapur) people will get 1100 homes for EWS category. The cost of homes in Badlapur under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana housing scheme is Rs.19.95 lakh which includes stamp duty registration and society maintenance charges which could go upto Rs.23.45 lakh Badlapur housing scheme uses high quality aluminum frame work construction technology which is usually used in South Korea.

The project offers several amenities includes an open gymnasium, swimming pool, children`s play area, courts for sports like badminton, football, tennis, chess, an open-air gymnasium and include a 22,000 sq.ft. clubhouse. Poddar Brio School with CBSE curriculum and a 100 bed Central Hospital the only hospital with ICU facilities at the project will be added features of the project.

Badlapur housing projects has 20 storey building of 304 sq ft carpet area homes will come up on land adjoining an existing Poddar project in Badlapur. Poddar housing has given timeline of 3 to 4 years for the project to be completed during registration with MahaRERA. Although, it is expected that the Poddar Housing Ltd will finish this Badlapur Housing Scheme under PMAY housing in a much lesser time.

There is also a proposed metro line and Vadodara Expressway which are close to the Badlapur Housing Project which will improve productivity.

Poddar said the wondercity will become the model for other affordable housing projects envisaged by the group in MMR and Chakan region, building 4100 affordable homes.

DDA Announces Housing Scheme 2019 – 18,000 Flats at Vasant Kunj and Narela

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) announces new housing scheme 2019 under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Delhi Development Authority will offer approx 18,000 flats under this housing scheme at Vasant Kunj and Narela. Online registration of DDA Housing Scheme starts from 25th March 2019.

DDA had passed a proposal to put 18,000 flats in Vasant Kunj and Narela on sale in this housing scheme 2019. The 8300 flats are for lower-income group (LIG),1500 flats for middle income group (MIG), 450 high income group (HIG) category and 7700 flats for economically weaker sections (EWS).

According to a senior official, there are a lot of flats are either complete or nearing completion but Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is not putting all the flats on sale, as it is trying to resolve the water issue in the area. for the flats put on sale, DDA will be make arrangements for water supply before they are handed over to people.

DDA New Housing Scheme 2019 to be Launched This Week – 18000 Flats

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to launched 18000 more housing units for LIG, MIG and HIG categories this week. The advertisement for 2019 housing lottery is expected to be out in month of March.

DDA has decided to include an additional 7,500 flats in the 2019 scheme over and above the 10,300 announced earlier. The additional flats are in the economically weaker (EWS) and middle income group located in Narela.

On February 25, the DDA had passed a proposal to put, 10,300 flats in Narela and Vasant Kunj. UP for grabs are 960 flats for the economically weaker section (EWS) at Narela, 8,383 LIG flats at Narela and Vasant Kunj 579 MIG flats at Vasant Kunj and 448 HIG flats at Vasant Kunj.

The DDA budget for the year 2019-20 was presented on 25th February. Expenditure has been set at nearly Rs. 6,968 crore, a grown of 23.30 percent over FY19 revised Budget Estimate at Rs.5,651 crore. Key activities to be taken under the budget include transforming Delhi into a world-class city and preparing a request for proposal (RFP) for developing vacant area available at Dwarka.

5,60,695 Affordable Houses Sanctioned Under PMAY(U) in 43rd CSMC Meet

The Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs has approved the construction of 5,60,695 affordable houses for the benefit of urban poor under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-U). The approval was given in the 43rd meeting of the Central Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee. The cumulative number of houses sanctioned under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY-U) now is 79,04,674.

Uttar Pradesh gets 1,79,215 houses & Andhra Pradesh gets 1,10,618 houses in 43rd meeting of the Central Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee (CSMC). The houses sanctioned for Madhya Pradesh is 26,587 houses and Gujarat 25,861.

The houses sanctioned for Madhya Pradesh is 26,587 houses and Gujarat 25,861. The number of houses for Manipur is 13,715 while Tamil Nadu has been sanctioned 12,174 houses. Bihar has been sanctioned 10,084 houses while the houses sanctioned for Odisha is 7,472.

The number of houses sanctioned for Chattisgarh is, 7,067 while the sanction for Kerala is 4,1934 houses. Haryana has been sanctioned 4,019 houses, Rajasthan 3,601, Jharkhand 2,165 and Assam 4,194.The number of houses for Meghalaya is 1,397 while the houses sanctioned for Puducherry is 1,158.

A total of 1,243 projects with a project cost of Rs.33,873 crore with central assistance of Rs.8,404 crore has been approved in the meeting held under the Chairmanship of Shri Durga Shankar Mishra, Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Installment Released to Beneficiaries in Haryana Sonipat

Nup Chairperson Rajni Virmani released the 2nd instillment to two beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Housing Scheme in the Municipal Council office Haryana (Sonipat). Chairperson called the beneficiary Kaluram and Satyawan in the office and gave 1 lakh rupees vouchers. He advised the beneficiaries to prepare their houses on time.

Chairperson Rajni Virmani said that under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing Scheme, the houses of 719 beneficiaries have passed in the 1st phase of these, 23 beneficiaries had got the passage of the map to get the financial assistance for building the house. They will be given financial assistance of Rs. 2.5 lakh to build a new house. The 1st installment was Rs. 50,000/- already released to the beneficiaries.

Two of the beneficiaries have completed the construction of houses according to the 1st installment. The second installment has been released to these beneficiaries. On completion of the construction of the roof of the house, a 3rd installment will be issued to him.

DDA Land Pooling Policy 2019 Registration at online.dda.org.in

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched DDA land pooling policy 2019 officially portal online.dda.org.in. Housing and urban affairs minister of state Hardeep Singh Puri launched a web portal on which farmers and developer entities can register themselves to participate in pooling, which will be implemented in the urban extensions of the city.

Hardeep Puri said that this will solve Delhi`s residential problem and improve Delhi`s position. The problem of setting unauthorized colonies will be reduced after the formation of this policy. Applications will be able to register through the website in K-1, L, N and P-II according to their land. In this portal, the applicant will get full details of the charge, rules and regulations along with information of Zonal, revenue, sector.

The policy will provide for 17 lakh houses in Delhi urban extensions. This will provide an alternate model for planned development through public-private partnership. The DDA will now plan and develop infrastructure in the new projects.

DDA Land Pooling Policy 2019

Under the revised policy, the developer entity will get 60% of the total pooled land, which will be used for residential (53%), commercial (5%) and public and semi-public facility (2%). The remaining 40% of the pooled land will be ear-maeked for essential services and development of civic infrastructure.
